This residential renovation involved the design and installation of integrated millwork systems across multiple living zones within a Sheepshead Bay apartment. The cabinetry strategy focused on organizing storage, media integration, and workspace functions through continuous built-in millwork aligned with the architectural envelope of each room.
Custom cabinetry elements were developed for the kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms, allowing storage and functional systems to integrate cleanly into wall planes. Material selections combine light wood textures with matte cabinetry surfaces to create consistent millwork language across the apartment. Where stone surfaces appear within the kitchen, they were coordinated with other trades. Appliances are incorporated through panel-ready integration to maintain continuity with surrounding cabinetry systems.
